How to: Install Microsoft Fax from the Windows 95 CD-ROM.
Solution:
Insert the Windows 95 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. Use 'Add/Remove Programs' to install Microsoft Fax.
1) Insert Microsoft Windows 95 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
2) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
3) Select 'Settings'.
4) Select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

5) Double-click the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon. (The 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' dialog box appears.)

6) Click the 'Windows Setup' tab. (The 'Windows 95 Setup Properties' page appears.)
7) Select the 'Microsoft Fax' check box.
8) Click 'Details...'. (The 'Microsoft Fax' dialog box appears.)
9) Select the 'Microsoft Fax Services' check box if it is not already selected.
10) Select the 'Microsoft Fax Viewer' check box if it is not already selected.
11) Click 'OK' to close the 'Microsoft Fax' dialog box.
12) Click 'OK' to close the 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' dialog box and start installing Microsoft Fax.
